Specialty OB Hospitalist

Location 1801 16th St, Greeley, CO

Requirements · Annual hospital deliveries: 1/1/2024 – 12/31/2024 Total Hospital Deliveries: 1360 Total unassigned Walk-in deliveries in the last 12 months: 100 · Anticipated OBHG deliveries – Unassigned patients vs Private patients: Private Deliveries: Anticipate 30/mo for OB hospitalists · Current LampD coverage model: 24/7 board certified emergency medicine physicians in house Currently: RN and Resident staffs. Pts are seen by resident prior to discharge. Immediate assessment no wait time. All patients are seen by a physician prior to Discharge. Does not have an OBED currently OB Triage. See roughly 125 pts /month seen in Triage NICU level: Level 3 · Who will provide back up to OBHG in the event of multiple emergencies OB/Gyn Call Schedule?: There are 4 OB Groups in the area. TBD how back-up coverage will work. · Gyn responsibilities: Questionnaire states that yes there will be Gyn coverage. TBD details. · Will OBHG back-up private or hospital employed Certified Nurse Midwives or Family Practice Physicians: There are 2 CNMs with the FQHC Clinic · MFM coverage: 24/7 telephone support through Mednax. MFM runs clinic 4-6 days per month high risk clinic
