Immediate openings for Fully Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) interested in geriatric behavioral health. This Part-Time role is based in Battle Creek, MI.
- Provide direct psycho-social assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for nursing home residents, including individual, group, and family therapy.
- Manage 10-15 patients daily with flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and continuity.
- Maintain knowledge of Medicare guidelines and proper documentation.
- Work daytime hours, with autonomy and clinical support, utilizing electronic health records.
Qualifications include an LMSW, full state license, and 1-2 years of experience. Preferred candidates have experience in healthcare settings and Medicare documentation.
