Monarch Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner with women’s health and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) experience to join our clinic-based team in Eugene or Roseburg.

Provide comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and support weight loss and hormone health.

Focus on patient empowerment through lifestyle medicine and preventative care.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a weekday schedule with no weekends or nights.

Qualifications: Active Oregon NP license, certification (AANP/ANCC), experience in women’s health/HRT preferred, and strong communication skills.
