Job Description

This Nurse Leadership role oversees our Pediatric Cardiac Operating Room, managing patient care, mentoring staff, and ensuring a high-quality environment of practice.

  • Responsibilities include coordinating services, staffing, budgeting, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives aligned with Magnet principles.
  • The ideal candidate has leadership and pediatric Cardiac OR experience as a scrub and circulating nurse, with a minimum of five years clinical experience and management background.
  • Qualifications include RN licensure in Delaware, preferred MSN, certifications in nursing administration or CVOR, and current BLS certification.
