This independent contractor role offers $250/hour on-site and $225/hour via telehealth, with flexible scheduling options (full-time or part-time). The model combines in-person intake days with midweek tele-psychiatry sessions, providing accessibility and autonomy. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, managing medication, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with patients and families, all supported by administrative and marketing services through an MSO.
