Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead and develop a compassionate nursing team in a long-term care setting.

  • Minimum of two years’ experience providing direct care in geriatric or restorative care environments.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing nursing services on their assigned unit.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies.
  • Address staff complaints and grievances, reporting as needed to the Director of Nursing.
