Experience in an interdisciplinary behavioral health setting and with trauma, chronic pain, and/or brain injury patients is a plus. The role requires flexibility and familiarity with principles of psychiatric evaluation and medication management, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and other evidence-based clinical approaches. Overall success in this position will require a high level of organizational skills, and a high degree of interpersonal/cultural competence with both staff and patients.
