Registered Nurse Lead – Cardiology Cath

Job Description

Supports and coordinates daily nursing activities in patient care units, providing direction, managing staffing, and ensuring smooth operations during shifts.

Responsibilities include organizing patient care, coaching staff, documenting activities, maintaining compliance, promoting patient dignity, delegating tasks, and resolving conflicts.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred), 2+ years of clinical experience, RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certification. Experience in critical care is preferred; new graduates considered. Additional certifications may be needed within specified timeframes.

Work schedule is full-time, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts.
