Job Description
Supports and coordinates daily nursing activities in patient care units, providing direction to clinical staff and managing patient care delivery during shifts.
Ensures proper staffing, smooth operations, and effective resource allocation.
Coaches, counsels, and monitors staff performance; addresses training needs.
Maintains documentation and compliance with policies and procedures.
Promotes respectful communication with patients and families, resolving conflicts as needed.
Requires a BSN preferred, RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification; minimum 2 years of clinical experience, with some preference for critical care background.
Participates in onboarding, ongoing competency validation, and credentialing within designated timeframes.
Work schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours daily, full-time role.
