JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Licenses: Active unrestricted MS medical license
  • Board: BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • DEA: Active DEA with MS address and Schedules IIV
  • Certifications: ACLS required
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in Hospital Medicine
  • Other Qualifications: Completion of accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; documentation of case logs and CME for past 2 years; current flu and COVID immunizations

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage within established scheduling model
  • Manage admissions, rounding, and ongoing inpatient care
  • Respond to codes and Rapid Response Team activations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and specialty services
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within Epic EMR
