We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, comprehensive care to diverse patient populations in a community health setting.
Responsibilities include delivering patient care within scope, building community relationships, communicating with external agencies, supporting team members and students, maintaining documentation, and supporting clinic operations.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, Colorado licensure, and DEA eligibility. Preferred experience includes one year in outpatient care and proficiency in Spanish.
