Job Description

This full-time role involves providing comprehensive oncology care in a clinic setting under the supervision of a medical oncologist/hematologist.
Responsibilities include patient assessments, interpreting diagnostic results, prescribing medications, managing symptoms, and educating patients and families about treatment and side effects.
Collaborates with healthcare team members, coordinates care with external agencies, and participates in hospital rounds.
Qualifications include current licensure as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with preferred oncology certification and at least three years of oncology experience.
Requires strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills, flexibility, and knowledge of medical management, safety protocols, and documentation.
Work involves physical activity in a medical office environment, with some travel within Iowa.
