Job Description

This full-time position involves providing comprehensive oncology care in a clinical setting under physician collaboration.


  • Perform patient assessments, including vital signs, history, and physical exams.
  • Recognize deviations from normal and assist in developing treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications, interpret diagnostic tests, and evaluate findings.
  • Educate patients and families about treatment side effects and disease processes.
  • Coordinate care with hospital departments, external agencies, and participate in hospital rounds.
  • Enroll patients in investigational studies and assist with procedures and insurance authorizations.
  • Provide symptom management and support multidisciplinary team efforts.
  • Maintain current licensure, certifications, and knowledge of oncology management.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills in a healthcare environment.
