We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and adults. This role involves performing physical examinations, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, and coordinating patient care within a variety of clinical settings such as outpatient clinics. The Family Nurse Practitioner will utilize advanced clinical skills and a broad knowledge base—including experience with EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, and eClinicalWorks—to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The position emphasizes adherence to HIPAA regulations and best practices in infection control.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments for patients of all ages, including infants, toddlers, adults, and seniors.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic evaluations, patient history, and physiology knowledge.
* Utilize EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, and eClinicalWorks for documentation of medical records, coding (ICD-10/ICD-9/CPT), and billing processes.
* Coordinate with specialists for referrals in areas such as cardiology (cardiac catheterization), ophthalmology (ophthalmology procedures), infectious disease care, hospice & palliative medicine, behavioral health, and more.
* Perform diagnostic evaluations using laboratory experience and medical imaging; collect specimens for processing; interpret results to guide treatment decisions.

* Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth; familiarity with medical documentation standards including HIPAA compliance.
* Skilled in managing diabetes, hypertension, etc.
* Knowledge of medical terminology related to internal medicine, family planning, discharge planning processes, utilization review/management protocols.
