Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead our Home Care team, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

  • Supervise nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure adherence to healthcare standards and HIPAA regulations.
  • Oversee patient assessments, medication administration, infection control, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support staff training and development.
  • Manage diverse patient populations, including geriatrics and those with dementia or behavioral health needs.
  • Prefer experience in home health, community care, or related settings, with strong EMR/EHR proficiency.
