We are seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead our Home Care team, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care for adults 18+ with diverse needs such as dementia, brain injuries, and geriatric conditions.

  • Lead and supervise nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and HIPAA regulations.
  • Oversee patient assessments, medication administration, infection control, and documentation using EMR/EHR systems.
  • Assist in staff hiring, training, and evaluation, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and supporting specialized care areas.
  • Requires extensive nursing expertise, leadership experience in healthcare settings, and proficiency in managing multiple cases and diverse populations.
