Job Description
Seeking a full-time APP to join a nephrology team, collaborating with nephrologists to deliver comprehensive kidney care across clinic, inpatient, and dialysis settings.
Assess, diagnose, and manage kidney diseases through evaluations, diagnostics, and personalized treatment plans, including medications and lifestyle counseling.
Provide outpatient care for chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and related conditions.
Perform inpatient rounds for acute kidney injury, electrolyte disorders, and nephrology consults.
Conduct weekly dialysis rounds, address complications, and coordinate with dialysis staff.
Educate patients and families on disease management.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications include current licensure and certification as NP or PA in Kentucky, with nephrology or internal medicine experience preferred.
