We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) for Inpatient Women’s Services in Peña Blanca, NM.

• Oversee daily operations of the inpatient Women’s Services unit, ensuring quality patient care and safety.
• Lead and support nursing staff through coaching, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and quality improvement initiatives.
