Job Description
The Mental Health Clinician & ACT Team Lead oversees the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Crook County, providing clinical guidance, supervision, and care coordination for clients with severe mental health conditions.
Essential functions include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, offering individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, medication monitoring, and collaborating with community partners such as law enforcement, justice departments, and health services.
They lead multidisciplinary team efforts, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in crisis rotations. The role upholds organizational values, maintains confidentiality, and supports diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications require a master’s degree in a related field, minimum two years of behavioral health experience, and relevant licensure or certification. Preferred candidates have licensure (LPC, LCSW), experience with severe mental illness, and bilingual skills.
Compensation ranges from $34.65 to $45.71 per hour, with in-person work.
