Job Description

The Mental Health Clinician & ACT Team Lead oversees a multidisciplinary team providing community-based support for clients recovering from severe mental health conditions.

  • Provides clinical supervision, manages team caseloads, and coordinates client care.
  • Conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and delivers mental health and rehabilitative services.
  • Performs community outreach to high-risk clients and collaborates with community partners and agencies.
  • Leads group therapy, manages crisis situations, and maintains accurate documentation.
  • Supports organizational goals, adheres to confidentiality and ethical standards, and trains new staff.

  • Qualifications include a master’s degree in a related field, minimum two years of experience, valid licensure or trainee certification, and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred skills include licensure, experience with severe mental illness, and bilingual abilities.
