Job Description

Seeking a PER DIEM Speech Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Rochester, NY.

Work Location: Wesley Gardens, 3 Upton Park, Rochester, NY 14607.

Offering competitive pay ($53.00 – $58.00/hr) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include providing quality SLP services such as evaluations, screenings, referrals, data collection, and care planning.
Completing timely documentation (progress notes, reports, discharge summaries), and instructing patients, families, and staff on goals and techniques.
Ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations.

Qualifications: Valid NYS license, CCC certification, experience with cognitive and dysphagia rehab, preferably familiar with Rehab Optima.
Must be able to commute to Rochester and relocate before starting.
