Job Description

The Licensed Clinician provides individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and skills training to support clients with substance use and mental health challenges. They conduct assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and utilize patient-centered therapeutic techniques, including motivational interviewing. This full-time role is based onsite in Raynham, MA, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including a rotational evening shift (6:00-9:00 PM).

  • Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in a related field and a relevant license (LICSW, LMHC, LADC 1 preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment, with cultural competence.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and EMR skills required.
