Physician (MD/DO) – Family Practice – $200,000 per year in Massachusetts

Job Description

Seeking a Family Practice MD for an outpatient role in central Massachusetts with a well-established health center.

Position details:
• Location: Massachusetts
• Salary: $200,000/year
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm, minimal call, with administrative time
• Responsibilities: Treat ~16 patients/day, help develop OB services (prenatal/postnatal care, optional deliveries), and potentially precept PAs/NPs
• Team: 2 IMs, 3 pediatricians, 15 APPs
• Ideal candidate: Mission-driven, service-oriented, flexible, team player, multilingual skills a plus
