Job Description

Join a leading behavioral health organization as a full-time Licensed Clinician in a Home and Community Based Child and Family Treatment (HCT) program, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Earn an annual salary of $66,560–$70,720 plus incentives, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and professional development.

Manage a caseload of about 6 clients, receive regular supervision, and access training in evidence-based practices such as TF-CBT, PCIT, and MATCH.

Flexible scheduling and agency support foster work/life balance. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree and a full or provisional license (LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LMFT) and have experience with community-based services, family counseling, or crisis management.
