Job Description

This private practice offers an excellent opportunity for a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a primary care team in Manistee. The provider will work alongside two physicians and another APP, delivering comprehensive care across all ages, including health maintenance, promotion, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

The position features a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week, with one Saturday shift per month. The role includes full support from RN care managers, medical assistants, and front office staff, utilizing Allscripts EHR.
