Seeking a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for Gerontology/Elder Health to join a well-established assisted health team in Corpus Christi, TX.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, excellent work/life balance, and is physician-led with a seat at the decision-making table.

Responsibilities include providing care to nursing home residents, homebound individuals, and those in group homes, utilizing Epic EMR.
