You’ll inherit an active patient panel and join a team positioned for continued growth as community demand expands.

Practice Overview

• You’ll join an established ENT practice with a built-in referral base and immediate patient volume
• Collaborative team structure with multiple physicians, advanced practice support, and dedicated clinical staff
• Bread-and-butter general ENT procedures with opportunity to build laryngology-focused volume
• Shared call structure with plans to reduce as the group grows

Schedule

• Full-time weekday schedule with a predictable structure
• Balanced mix of clinic and OR time throughout the week
• Limited call rotation that supports long-term sustainability
• No routine weekend clinic responsibilities outside of call

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary with additional production-based earnings
• Sign-on bonus tied directly to base compensation

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Open to graduating residents, fellows, or experienced physicians
• Comfortable managing general ENT cases independently
• Interest in laryngology strongly supported
