We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting over 600 long-term care facilities across multiple Mid-West states, with expansion plans. Currently, there are openings for *Fully Licensed* Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) interested in geriatric behavioral health, offering both part-time and full-time roles in Lansing, MI.

Responsibilities include providing direct psycho-social services through evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments of nursing home residents, including individual, group, and family therapies. Clinicians see 10-15 patients daily with flexibility for scheduling, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care, and maintaining Medicare-compliant documentation.
