Job Description
*Headwaters Behavioral Health is leading a powerful movement to meet the rising mental health needs of Idaho’s youth and we’re looking for a compassionate, driven Therapist Clinical Supervisor to help shape brighter futures.*
In this vital leadership role, you’ll provide expert clinical supervision, mentor a dedicated team of mental health therapists, and ensure each adolescent receives personalized, high-quality care. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful individual, family, and group therapy alongside wellness programming and educational support that keeps youth engaged and growing.
If you’re ready to be part of a mission-driven team that’s changing lives, empowering families, and redefining adolescent mental health care in Idaho, we want to hear from you.
*Why Join Us?*
This is more than a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to be part of a pioneering team creating life-changing outcomes for teens across Idaho.
Our brand-new facility, built in a residential neighborhood, in Idaho Falls provides a level of adolescent mental healthcare never before available in the state. Designed for youth ages 12–17, the center offers a safe, home-like setting where teens can stabilize during a mental health crisis and develop the tools they need to manage their illness and thrive long-term. With space for up to 38 patients, we prioritize family involvement throughout treatment, resulting in stronger, more sustainable outcomes.
At Headwaters Behavioral Health, you’ll work in a supportive, mission-driven environment that values compassion, innovation, and collaboration.
