This position offers a salary between $51,000 and $56,000, based on skills and experience.

Are you passionate about working with children birth to 3 years and supporting families? The role involves providing home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers with or at risk for developmental delays, collaborating with families to create individualized, culturally sensitive plans.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing IFSPs, delivering developmental activities, acting as a service coordinator, and supporting families.

Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work or licensure (LCSW/LICSW), experience with young children and families preferred, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Bilingual skills are a plus.
