We are seeking a dedicated Paramedic Critical Care for full-time, variable shifts in Gretna, VA.

  • Provide advanced pre-hospital emergency care to critically ill and injured patients.
  • Operate and monitor critical care equipment, including ventilators, IV pumps, and cardiac monitors.
  • Assess patient conditions, perform interventions, and stabilize patients for transport.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and family members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
