Job Description

Seeking a Family Practice Physician (MD) to provide comprehensive primary care services in a community-based health center. The role involves delivering 32 hours/week of in-person and telemedicine patient care, emphasizing wellness, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment, with opportunities for prenatal care.

Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality, culturally sensitive care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, participating in meetings and training, managing a patient panel, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The physician will work within a supportive, inclusive environment, with administrative time allocated for documentation and coordination.

Requirements include a medical degree, residency in family practice, board certification, and an active Minnesota medical license. Preferred candidates have at least three years of outpatient experience. The position offers a salary range of $187,200 to $260,000, along with comprehensive benefits.
