The ideal candidate has strong cultural awareness, excellent communication skills, and clinical competence.
Minimum qualifications include licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Alaska, with certifications like ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
Preferred experience includes rural healthcare and mid-level practice.
Work involves clinical settings with local travel, requiring adherence to safety and employment conditions, including background checks and immunizations.
