Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Ellensburg, WA.
Responsibilities include participating in weekly bedside wound rounds, evaluating and managing acute and chronic wounds, performing dressings, medically necessary debridement, and establishing care plans within facility protocols.
Opportunities for Home Health visits as needed.
Must have experience with skilled nursing facilities, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently.
Preferred qualifications: Wound Care Certification and 2+ years wound care and SNF experience.
Current WA medical license required.
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, with on-call and weekend duties as needed.
