Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Ellensburg, WA.

Responsibilities include participating in weekly bedside wound rounds, evaluating and managing acute and chronic wounds, performing dressing changes, medically necessary debridement, and establishing care plans within facility protocols.

Additional duties may involve Home Health visits as needed. The role requires familiarity with skilled nursing facilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications include at least 2 years of wound care experience with debridement, skilled nursing facility experience, current Washington medical license, and preferred Wound Care Certification.

Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $180,000 annually, with benefits such as health and dental insurance, paid time off, and a flexible schedule. Must be willing to commute or relocate to Ellensburg before starting.
