We are seeking a compassionate RN Hospice Supervisor to lead our interdisciplinary hospice team in Kalispell, MT.

Provide steady leadership, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality patient care.

Hire, coach, evaluate staff, and support clinical problem-solving.

Manage schedules, review documentation, and support compliance and quality initiatives.

Assist with admissions, referrals, and patient concerns, maintaining regulatory standards.

Monitor financial performance and resource use.

Maintain clinical competence and occasionally provide hands-on care.

Qualifications: Montana RN license, 1+ year leadership experience, 2+ years in hospice or home health preferred, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with on-call duties (4 nights/week, one weekend/month).
