Full-time, in-person position for nurse practitioners or physicians focused on providing primary care in skilled nursing facilities.

  • Enjoy 6-hour daily shifts with flexible scheduling, no on-call or overnight duties.
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with efficient documentation via conversational tools and EHR systems.
  • Responsibilities include rounding, prescribing treatments, and managing resident care, with timely documentation and communication with nursing staff.
  • Shift hours are 7AM-1PM, Monday-Friday, with on-site presence required.
