Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Part-time RN Supervisor for 2nd shift (Fridays and Saturdays, 3PM – 11PM) in a skilled nursing facility.

  • Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high-quality resident care.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and systems to promote resident rights and consistent care.
  • Conduct regular nursing rounds across all units to monitor resident well-being and safety.
  • Ensure protection against abuse, mistreatment, and neglect.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on planning, policy, and administrative decisions related to nursing services.

    • Qualifications include an active RN license, degree from an accredited program, and ideally, at least three years of long-term care experience. Familiarity with state regulations, Medicare/Medicaid, and PCC software is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and medical equipment is required.
