Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (Full time and Contract)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Professional (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAC) to provide therapy to residential youth and community clients.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate individual, family, and group therapy.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, and third-party policies.

Collaborate with treatment teams, including medical and psychiatric staff, and participate in staffings.

Respond to crisis situations on rotating on-call basis.

Qualifications include: Master’s degree, current Arkansas licensure, adherence to ethical and policy guidelines, and ability to maintain records.

Preferred qualifications: 2-4 years of experience, trauma therapy certifications, substance abuse counseling, and Medicaid billing knowledge.

Compensation: Full-time or contract options with benefits including health, dental, life insurance, PTO, retirement, and vision.

Work location: In person, approximately 40 hours/week.
