Job Description

Seeking a licensed Emergency Physician for a facility in Rosebud, SD, starting within 1 month. Candidates must submit a current CV with recent gaps explained, 3 references, and possess U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card. Recent work within 6 months is required. Housing is provided on-site.

Privileging involves a 6-week process, requiring health docs (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus, PPD, Flu), certifications (BLS, ACLS, ATLS), and background checks. Board eligibility or certification by ABEM is necessary. The EMR system is RPMS. Any state license is accepted. The patient census is 0.8-0.9 per hour.

The 20-bed facility has 10 rooms, with RN and MSA support each shift. The schedule offers 7-on/7-off or 14-on/14-off rotations, with shifts from 7am-7pm, 8am-8pm, or 7pm-7am, totaling 7-14 shifts/month.

Position can be full-time, part-time, or contract, with in-person work in Rosebud, SD. Relocation before start is preferred. Candidates must be able to commute to the site.
