Job Description

Reputable community healthcare clinic seeks a Family Physician to join their team in beautiful California Wine Country, just 1 hour north of San Francisco. This primarily outpatient position offers full or part-time schedules at clinics in Healdsburg and Windsor.

As a Family Physician, you will collaborate with your care team to deliver quality primary care services to patients of all ages, adhering to medical standards, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and meeting clinical goals.

Requirements include:

• Graduate of an accredited medical or osteopathic school
• Current California or board-eligible medical license, DEA license, and CPR certification
• Board certification in Family Medicine or a related primary care specialty
• Passion for community-based healthcare
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Training on the EPIC electronic health record will be provided.
