Job Description

Reputable community healthcare clinic seeks a Family Physician to join its well-loved team in beautiful California Wine Country, just 1 hour north of San Francisco. This full or part-time outpatient position is available at their Healdsburg and Windsor clinics.

As a Family Physician, you will collaborate with your care team to provide quality primary care to patients of all ages, adhering to medical standards and participating in quality improvement initiatives. The role involves meeting productivity and clinical quality goals.

Requirements include:

• Graduation from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
• Current California license to practice medicine or osteopathy, DEA license, and CPR certification
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or a related primary care specialty
• A passion for community-based healthcare
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred

Training on the EPIC electronic health record will be provided.
