Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physician to provide high-quality medical care across assisted living, nursing facilities, and hospitals.

Deliver comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.

Maintain accurate electronic health records.

Conduct clinical research to improve outcomes.

Manage emergency situations with prompt interventions.

Offer family medicine and surgical services as needed.

Support geriatric patients with tailored healthcare plans.

Qualifications: MD or DO, valid license, experience in emergency, family medicine, surgery, or geriatrics preferred, excellent communication, and team skills.
