Job Description
We are hiring full-time therapists based in Asheville, NC, to provide outpatient individual therapy for adults in a dynamic clinic setting.
Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Conduct intake assessments, monitor treatment efficacy, and adjust interventions as necessary.
Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and case managers, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
Complete accurate clinical documentation and provide crisis intervention when needed.
Qualifications include a valid North Carolina license, 2+ years post-graduate experience, and familiarity with DSM/ICD-10 criteria.
Ideal candidates have 3-5 years postdoctoral experience for doctorate holders or a minimum of 5 years for master’s level providers.
