Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for the 2025-2026 school year, offering a $4,000 signing bonus and competitive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and paid breaks. This 10-month position involves collaboration with OTs, PTs, and other SLPs to serve K-12+ students with developmental disabilities and AAC needs in an educational setting. Responsibilities include providing direct and consultative speech therapy, evaluating students, developing IEPs, programming augmentative communication devices, and maintaining documentation for Medicaid billing. Candidates must have a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, valid certification and license, and be able to perform evaluations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Preferred qualifications include AZ Hearing Screening certification. The role requires in-person work with a focus on student progress and family communication.
