Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care.

  • Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Manage patient care activities, including utilization management and DME administration.
  • Monitor patient assessments and vital signs.
  • Support staff development and foster teamwork.
  • Perform clinical procedures such as injections and catheterization.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety protocols are followed.

    • Requirements: Valid RN license, geriatric experience, knowledge of utilization management, proficiency in emergency procedures, and strong communication skills.

    Details: Full-time, $35/hr, 32-40 hours/week, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and more.
