Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional patient care.

Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with care standards and healthcare regulations.

Manage patient care activities, including utilization management and DME administration.

Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and provide clinical support such as injections and catheterization.

Support staff development and foster a collaborative team environment.

Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans.

Requirements: Valid RN license, geriatric experience, proficiency in emergency procedures, and strong communication skills.

Details: Full-time, $35/hour, 32-40 hours/week, with benefits including 401(k), insurance options, paid time off, and training.
