Job Description
We are hiring full-time Speech Language Pathologists at our new campus in Rocky Hill, CT, a private special needs school for children with Autism and neurological differences.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators on assessments, interventions, and IEP goals.
- Analyze assessment results, prepare reports, and develop therapy plans based on research-based interventions.
- Evaluate oral motor and feeding skills, providing treatment recommendations and parent education.
- Deliver individual and small group therapy across various settings, documenting student progress and Medicaid documentation.
- Supervise SLPAs and CFs as needed.
Requirements include a Master’s degree and a valid Speech Language Pathology license, with experience working with students with autism and familiarity with AAC, assistive technology, and motor-based learning approaches for apraxia.
