Job Description
Under the supervision of a Registered or licensed Nurse, this role assists with routine patient care activities and performs clerical and organizational tasks in a nursing unit.
Supports patient admission, transfer, discharge, and documentation.
Prepares patient rooms, ensures belongings accompany patients, and transports stable patients safely.
Maintains confidentiality, cleans equipment, runs errands, and replenishes supplies.
Assists in creating a safe, comfortable environment, monitors patient changes, and reports concerns promptly.
Responds to emergencies, communicates effectively with team members, and adapts care to meet individual patient needs.
Requirements include a CNA license, BLS certification, high school diploma (preferred), and patient care experience is a plus. Work hours are from 7AM to 7PM, full-time.
