*Position Overview:*
We are seeking an experienced and motivated PA or NP to join our dynamic urgent care team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with acute illnesses and injuries in a fast-paced clinical setting.

*Responsibilities:*

* Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and medical procedures.
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including X-rays and labs.
* Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to ensure continuity of care.
* Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
* Basic procedures – suturing, injections, simple reductions, splinting

*Requirements:*

* Current California PA or NP license in good standing.
* DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certification required.
* Minimum 1 year of urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred.
* Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
